Marjorie and Joseph Plewinsky have supported the Cannabis Industry since before it
was socially acceptable. As business owners they understand the many hats a Small
Business owner wears.  They want the Cannabis Industry to be successful and they
offer member based services that can help.  As Alliance members, we all know the
power of membership!

Our plans aid in daily operations for Small Business owners by giving you access to Full
Service Law Firms. The Cannabis Industry has its own unique challenges, but at the
end of the day, we are all in business with daily Legal and Business consulting needs.

They believe being educated about the cannabis industry is important. They know about
the increased demands on cannabis businesses such as government compliance,
employee retention and customer satisfaction, and this helps them support Cannabis
business owners in choosing the plans that best fit their needs.

A big thank you to Marjorie & Joseph Plewinski, Legal Shield Independent Associates

2. 420WholeSale Pack

Website

420WholesalePack.com is a customer service focused company providing some of the
best cannabis packaging, automation and hardware solutions for the cannabis industry.
They are also working to develop sustainable packaging solutions along with new
innovative packaging and automation solutions for the cannabis market.

Jason has been an entrepreneur and small business owner his entire life and he wanted
to enter the cannabis industry as it was legalizing. But he knew starting a cannabis
packaging company would require a lot of capital and warehouse space. So in Sept
2015 he pitched the cannabis packaging idea to McCallum Packaging since they had a
large warehouse and packaging experience in other industries.

The owner, Clark, told Jason “OK, get to work!” so they created a division of the
McCallum Company, called 420wholesalepack.com. As of May 1 st , 2019 Jason is
excited to announce the sale of McCallum Packaging to another packaging supplies
company so his team can solely focus on continuing to grow 420wholesalepack into a
national packaging supplier and develop sustainable packaging solutions.

Jason initially joined the Cannabis Alliance thinking it would be a great group to network
with. He quickly realized, that the Cannabis Alliance was a lot more than just a
networking group. The Alliance was managed by hard working people who wanted to
fight for a better industry for everyone. There were no self-serving agendas, just good
business practices being fought for the entire cannabis industry and community.

They have been Alliance members for more than three years, and they’ve increased
their commitment to the Alliance in both time and money every single year. They are
excited to continue these efforts, as there’s still a ton of work to be done!

Knowledge is power, and being well educated about cannabis, and knowing when you
don’t know the answer, is even more important. When they don’t have the answer, their
network at the Cannabis Alliance has been one of their first “go to’s” for reliable
information that we can trust.

420 Wholesale Pack wants Alliance members to know that they are on a mission to
create a sustainable packaging model for the cannabis industry. And with the help of the
Alliance they are going to accomplish those goals!

Also I wanted to share that Jason was the inspiration behind efforts for a rule change to
reduce the plastic content from 4 mil poly bags to 2 mil poly bags, which is a 50%
reduction in plastic content for the same product. He also supported efforts to help
eliminate the dosing cap for some edibles!

So in closing Jason has an ask: if you want to help us create an industry free from
single use plastics please join our packaging waste committee and let’s change the way
our cannabis is packaged!

A big thank you to 420 Wholesale Pack and Jason Lammers
